Job Title:Finance - General Accounting

Location(s):Louisville, Onsite Tues through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday

Job Summary:

Manage intercompany accounting activities related to mobility payroll, tax equalization (TEQ), EID payments and stock-based compensation, and oversee intercompany billing and cash settlement processes for designated markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain intercompany reconciliation process for various brands/markets; provide intercompany invoices to markets and research/coordinate with markets and related Shared Service Centers.
Prepare and record intercompany billing and FX related entries as needed for responsible markets.
Manage EID & stock-based compensation reporting, repeaters, and cross-charges to markets.
Prepare and record Expat Payroll entries to charge markets.
Prepare cash wires to settle intercompany balances with field markets as needed.
Coordinate with Payroll and E&Y to prepare/record TEQ and tax gross-up entries to charge markets.

Required Qualifications:

Local to Louisville.
Availability to work onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.
Experience in intercompany accounting and financial reconciliation.
Familiarity with mobility payroll, tax equalization, and stock-based compensation.
