Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work directly for us on a W2 basis
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a financial analyst role
- Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Experience with financial modeling, scenario planning, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and deck building
- Experience working in a large company
- Background in consumer products
- A strong sense of curiosity
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support two different paternity leaves, focusing on the core footwear and running portfolios
- Engage heavily with non-finance stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with footwear developers and a direct team of about 10 members
