Customer Service Focused Role
Eide Ford Lincoln is looking for a professional and detail oriented Finance and Delivery Specialist to help ensure every vehicle delivery is organized, smooth, and customer friendly.
This position plays an important role in the customer experience at our dealership. You will guide customers through their final paperwork, answer questions, and help ensure the delivery process is clear and stress free.
In addition to supporting the finance and sales teams, this role also assists with the front reception desk when needed, helping greet guests and maintain a welcoming dealership environment.

What You Will Do
Customer Experience
• Walk customers through final delivery documents in a clear and friendly manner• Answer customer questions and ensure they feel comfortable during the delivery process• Provide updates to customers regarding deal status and next steps
Delivery and Finance Support
• Prepare delivery paperwork and review deal files for accuracy• Coordinate timing between the sales and finance departments• Verify payoffs, insurance information, and required signatures• Help secure required documents from customers such as titles, lien releases, insurance information, and other deal related documentation• Support finance managers with deal setup, scanning, and administrative tasks• Assist with cancellations, chargebacks, and document corrections
Dealership Operations
• Manage the reception desk and assist with guest check in when needed• Fill in for the main receptionist as required• Maintain organized deal files and a clean work area• Help with contract and title tracking to support timely funding• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times• Perform other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills• Detail oriented with excellent organizational habits• Friendly and professional personality• Ability to multitask in a fast paced dealership environment• Experience with CDK, VinSolutions, or similar systems preferred but not required• Previous dealership, administrative, or customer service experience is a plus• Professional appearance, reliability, and strong work ethic
