Job Description
Unlike a typical automotive F&I role, this position combines finance production with detailed administrative oversight and full deal management from application to funding. This is a volume-driven position that requires efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
What You’ll Do:
As our Finance Manager, you will:
- Manage the full financing process from application submission to final funding
- Structure and submit finance deals to lenders
- Offer and sell after-sale protection products, including:
- Extended service contracts
- Battery replacement coverage
- Total loss protection (GAP)
- All other after sale products
- Ensure all compliance standards are met
- Complete client billing and deal breakdowns (this role handles billing directly)
- Track deal status daily and proactively resolve funding delays
- Maintain accurate documentation and lender communications
- Work closely with sales staff, Sales Managers, and and Title assistant.
What Makes This Role Different?This is not a traditional automotive F&I position.

Automotive F&I experience is a plus — but not required. Powersports or lending experience is also beneficial but not mandatory.

Experience in finance, lending, banking, automotive, powersports, compliance, or contract administration is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a commission-based position with six-figure income potential for the right, qualified individual. You get paid on the whole deal, not just what you sell!!

- Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Depending on customer needs)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Depending on customer needs)
- Closed Sunday & Monday
