What You Will Do

Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making and product development.
Analyze financial performance metrics and provide insights to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial compliance and operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Background

5–8 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably within fintech or financial services.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.
Experience with financial modeling and performance analysis.
Proficient in financial software and tools, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Preferred

Familiarity with stablecoin technology and its applications in financial products.
Experience working in a startup environment, particularly during the seed funding stage.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
