Job Responsibilities

A competent Finance and Insurance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it’s properly protected. Some specific duties include:

• Assist customers with the financing of their purchases while presenting them with all products and options that will maximize their experience
• Supervise the sales team to ensure and they are prospecting and networking on a daily basis to solicit new customers
• Must have a thorough knowledge and enforce the dealership’s sales process
• Expert at Guaranteed Credit Approval (CAC), AutoTrakk, and all other finance programs
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals
• Review, manage, and update customer database as required for the Sales Team
• Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts
• Promote the success of the dealership and sales team
• Strictly adhere to and enforce dealership policies, processes, procedures, and core values

What we are looking for:

• 2 years or more of professional sales experience
• Previous F&I management experience helpful but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Professional appearance
• Goal oriented, superior attention to detail and problem solving abilities
