Finance Business Process Expert Compensation

· The pay for this position is $102 per hour

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Finance Business Process Expert Highlights

· This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

· The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, standard business hours

Finance Business Process Expert Responsibilities
- Define process intent and scope aligned with strategic business objectives
- Establish and maintain process performance metrics and measurement methods
- Evaluate performance continuously and incorporate stakeholder feedback to optimize processes
- Identify training needs and support development of process participants
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Perform data-driven root cause analysis to reduce defects and eliminate waste
- Develop and monitor KPIs to track improvements and business impact
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
- Serve as a subject matter expert in semiconductor finance process best practices
- Advise leadership on process design, transformation tradeoffs, and scalability
- Ensure finance processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with complex manufacturing environments
- Partner with Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to support industry roadmap alignment
Finance Business Process Expert Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in finance operations, business process management, continuous improvement, or finance transformation
- Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with finance systems and analytics platforms (ERP Finance, reconciliation tools, BI/reporting tools)
High School Diploma or GED
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Finance Business Process Expert Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Green Belt certification with strong project leadership experience considered
- Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
