Finance College Co-opJob Description Summary
The Finance College Co-op is responsible for supporting the finance department with various accounting activities as needed. Position will assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities.Job Description:
- Scrap Daily Reporting & Sales Daily Reporting
- Credit Card Process & Petty Cash Process
- Assist with indirect receiving
- Indirect Cycle Counting daily tracking
- Month End close (manual journal entries, reconciliation, and analysis)
- SOX Testing (Self Assessments)
- Special Projects
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field fulltime, with a graduation date of May 2027 or later
- Available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Must be available to work in the U.S. without Visa Sponsorship
