THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a Finance Director for a full-time permanent senior leadership position in Las Cruces, NM 88011. The successful candidate will provide strategic financial oversight within a healthcare organisation, ensuring regulatory and compliance integrity across all financial operations. The role requires in-person reporting to a specific location with travel of up to 20% of the time. This is a confidential search for a qualified senior finance leader with a background in healthcare regulatory environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across all organisational finance functions
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory and financial requirements including HIPAA
Lead and develop the finance team, maintaining accountability for performance and outcomes
Apply and uphold Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices across all financial operations
Drive policy and procedure development and implementation within the finance function

REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent applicable work experience
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
Prior team leadership experience

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Skilled in the application of healthcare policies, procedures, and Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices
Experience in staff management within a healthcare finance environment
