Gwinnett Place Nissan is Hiring: Experienced Automotive Finance Director

Gwinnett Place Nissan is looking for a proven Finance Director to lead from the front, drive performance, and capitalize on massive growth and opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and hold your F&I team accountable to elite performance standards
Drive production, product penetration, and maximize profitability
Partner with Sales Management to structure and close more deals
Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and lender guidelines
Track KPIs and push continuous improvement across the board

What We’re Looking For:

Proven Automotive F&I experience (required)
Finance Director or leadership experience (strongly preferred)
A track record of driving results, not just maintaining them
High accountability, high energy, and a competitive mindset
CDK experience is a must
Role is for a Spinning Director
