Finance Manager – Jaguar Land Rover (JLR)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations and help customers secure the right financing and protection products while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do
Present and secure vehicle financing and lease options for customers.
Offer and explain protection products, extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other F&I products.
Work with multiple lending institutions to obtain approvals and competitive financing terms.
Structure, process, and fund deals accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and manufacturer regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial partners.
Train and support the sales team on finance programs and dealership offerings.
Deliver a transparent, professional, and luxury-level customer experience from delivery through funding.
Qualifications
Previous automotive F&I experience required; luxury brand experience preferred.
Proven track record of finance product sales and profitability.
Strong understanding of automotive lending, leasing, compliance, and dealership processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Proficiency with dealership management and F&I software systems.
Preferred Skills
Menu selling expertise.
Credit analysis and deal structuring.
Knowledge of lender programs and funding processes.
Strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focus.
