Job Description

JSG is hiring a Director of Finance with Aerospace or Manufacturing background in Huntington Beach, CA.Salary range: Varies depending on experience - $200K-$230KSkills:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA*
15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance*
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior executives through actionable financial insights*
Proven experience leading multi-site and/or global FP&A teams*
Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, modeling, analytics, and operations finance*
Lead enterprise financial strategy, including long-range planning, scenario modeling, and capital allocation*
Translate business objectives into financial targets, operating plans, and measurable performance metrics*
Partner closely with the executive leadership team to evaluate strategic initiatives, footprint optimization, and major capital investments*
Oversee the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models*
Deliver executive-level reporting that clearly communicates performance trends, risks, and opportunities*
Support pricing strategy, product margin optimization, and overall cost competitiveness initiatives
