Position Overview:
Program OverviewOur 10‑week paid Summer Internship Program runs June 1 – August 7 and is a full‑time, on‑site opportunity in Duluth, MN. Interns are immersed in real work while participating in lunch & learns, ELT discussions, and a final capstone project.
Role OverviewThe Finance Intern will support financial analysis and reporting that helps inform business decisions. This role is designed for someone who enjoys learning how numbers connect to strategy and outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support data analysis and ad‑hoc financial projects
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand business drivers
- Contribute to a final project showcasing financial insights
Qualifications
- Currently a junior or senior, graduating within one year, or a recent graduate
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Interest in business strategy and financial analysis
- Able to work full‑time, on‑site in Duluth, MN for the duration of the program
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Retail experience is a plus, but not required
