The Accounting Intern supports the Accounting and Finance team with day-to-day transactional, reporting, and administrative activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to general accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls while developing practical skills in a professional business environment.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice review, data entry, and filing
• Support payroll, expense reports, and reconciliations as assigned
• Help prepare and maintain journal entries, schedules, and account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Support audits by gathering requested documentation and schedules
• Perform basic financial analysis and reporting using Excel or accounting software
• Collaborate with accounting and finance team members on special projects
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
