Finance Lecturer (AI Training)

Who: Postsecondary finance or economics instructors with 3+ years of teaching experience and strong corporate finance or financial economics knowledge.

What: Review and evaluate AI-generated finance content, assess financial reasoning accuracy, and provide structured feedback to improve model performance.

When: Flexible contract role, 10–40 hours per week.

Where: 100% Remote.

What You’ll Do

  • Review finance-related questions and explanations used in AI training

  • Assess accuracy of valuation, risk, and market behavior concepts

  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve clarity and reasoning

  • Identify common misconceptions using teaching expertise

  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years teaching finance or economics at the postsecondary level

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial markets, or financial economics

  • Ability to clearly evaluate written financial reasoning

  • Comfortable reviewing structured content at scale

Nice to Have

  • Graduate degree in Finance or Economics

  • Industry or applied finance experience

  • Familiarity with AI, LLMs, or model evaluation workflows
