You will be the Financial Management Staff for the Finance team. Our team is responsible for ensuring program financial health, schedule adherence, and contractual compliance.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Financial Management Staff you will be responsible for leading financial management activities across multiple contracts.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Financial status reporting and variance analysis.
• Establishing and managing program cost baselines and budgets.
• Analyzing and forecasting cost, orders, sales, profit, and cash flow.
• Highlighting issues, concerns, and trends to the program team and helping develop solutions.
• Leading and assisting other team members while developing supervisory experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to deal with challenges and to develop solutions
• Strong leadership and the skills to guide and lead a team
• Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting
• Experience establishing budgets and managing cost baselines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
• Ability to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment and to meet deadlines
• Self-starter with motivation to perform with excellence

Desired Skills:

• Cost management experience on large production and/or development contracts
• Lockheed Martin or industry experience
• Ability to adapt to change and digital transformation
• Familiarity with risk and opportunity analysis
• Experience with LMMFC tools and processes
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, and Cobra
• EVMS (Earned Value) experience
• Finance or business related degree preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Detail oriented and organized

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
