Job Description

Bob Boyte Auto Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the financial operations of our auto group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights on business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance and support business goals.
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and cash flow management.
  • Lead financial audits and work closely with external auditors.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
