Finance Manager (Bilingual in Korean)

This role involves financial reporting, fund management, payroll administration, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bridge financial operations between the U.S. entity and our Korean headquarters.[Job Description]- Coordinate with external accounting firms to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.- Manage cash flow, budget planning, and expense execution in alignment with corporate goals.- Oversee payroll processing, vendor payments, and internal expense reimbursement.- Handle tax filings and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.- Develop internal financial control processes and ensure proper documentation.- Collaborate with the Korean headquarters finance team to consolidate reports and maintain transparency across entities.- Support financial due diligence, audits, and funding-related documentation as needed.[Qualifications]- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).- CPA or AICPA certification preferred.- Public accounting firm experience (Big 4 or regional) strongly preferred.- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and tax principles.- Bilingual fluency in English and Korean is highly preferred.- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.- Experience in start-up or multinational environments a plus.
