Job Description

Envision Honda of Milpitas is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Milpitas, CA. The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, ensure accurate reporting, and help drive the financial strategy of the company. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s growth and maintaining financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Develop financial strategies to support company goals and improve profitability.
  • Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain cash flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Pass the background check and drug test.
