  • Coordinate information and documentation requested by internal and external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain finance systems, reporting tools and standard operating procedures, ensuring data integrity and consistent use across the team.
  • Identify and implement practical process improvements that increase the accuracy, efficiency and scalability of finance operations.
  • Supervise, coach and develop finance team members, setting clear expectations and providing regular feedback.
  • Partner with finance leadership on special projects, financial analysis and other business priorities as assigned.

  • Demonstrated experience with financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and internal controls in a mid- to large-size organization; fintech, payments, or technology industry experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel; strong data analysis capability.
