Finance Manager Responsibilities
Oversee all F&I operations and ensure full compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
Maintain daily CIT and cash management processes.
Structure and present finance options tailored to each customer's needs.
Offer and explain service contracts, GAP, and other protection products.
Complete all paperwork accurately and ethically to protect lender relationships.
Drive monthly performance targets for income, product penetration, and CSI.
Lead by example and support overall store profitability.
Deliver a premium, luxury-level customer experience from start to finish.
Finance Manager Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: Make between $7,000 to $12,000.00 a month!
