We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented Finance Manager based in Panama to support the Americas Head of Finance in driving regional financial planning, reporting, and performance visibility. This role serves as the analytical arm of the Finance Department and plays a critical part in improving forecasting accuracy, strengthening financial insights, and ensuring operational alignment across all finance verticals in the region.This position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to coordinate and influence multiple stakeholders across the Americas region.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead the end-to-end forecasting process for all regional entities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Maintain rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for key revenue and cost drivers.
  • Support the annual budgeting process, including timelines, templates, consolidation, and management reporting.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze Actuals vs Forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and financial performance packs for senior leadership.
  • Conduct quarter-end and year-end financial analysis to support decision-making across business units.
Finance Coordination & Strategy Execution
  • Serve as the Finance Coordinator, ensuring alignment across Finance Managers, Analysts, and Assistants.
  • Track deliverables, coordinate timelines, and maintain visibility over all ongoing finance initiatives.
  • Support the CFO – Americas in the execution of strategic projects and regional priorities.
Automation & Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for automation within forecasting, reporting, and internal workflows.
  • Work closely with IT, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams to streamline dashboards and data flows.
  • Implement continuous improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and efficiency of financial processes.
Management Support
  • Provide real-time insights and financial visibility to the CFO – Americas.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, board-level requests, and leadership presentations.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with local finance teams, Group Finance, HR, and Operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, reporting, or business analytics; regional or multinational experience strongly preferred.
  • Expertise in forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, data visualization tools, and financial systems (Sun Systems is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong ownership of deliverables.
  • Experience in automation, process improvement, or workflow optimization is a strong advantage.
