Job Description
Our Client, a Mass Media and Entertainment company, is looking for a Finance Manager for their Culver City, CA/ Burbank, CA/Hybrid location.Responsibilities:
- Build and organize data structures that support consistent visualization and reporting across the International LOP slate
- Create and maintain Excel based dashboards, trackers, and reporting views used for monthly leadership updates
- Develop clear, well structured PowerPoint materials that present financial and operational information in a concise, visual format
- Help stand up reporting templates, formats, and frameworks that enable scalable and repeatable reporting
- Support financial planning views (investment, cash, P&L) through structured and presentation ready materials
- Coordinate with cross functional partners to gather inputs and ensure reporting materials are accurate and aligned
- Experience in Financial Modeling 5+ years of experience
- Deck creation and presentation experience 5+ years of experience
- Analytical Thinking with Emphasis on Attention to Detail 5+ years of experience
- Power BI experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience leveraging AI within similar Finance roles.
- Experience in reporting, data structuring, finance operations, or similar support roles
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable building reporting structures from the ground up
- Able to execute with direction and deliver high quality materials on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills, particularly in building dashboards and organizing large datasets for visualization
- Proven ability to create polished, executive ready PowerPoint presentations
- Degree in finance-related field.
