Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven Manager to join our Portfolio Reporting and Business Insights team within Finance. This is a high-impact, project-oriented role, not a people management position, supporting senior leadership and investors through rigorous financial analysis, portfolio reporting, and strategic deliverables across our commercial real estate platform.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team of finance professionals, leveraging your real estate expertise and technical skills to deliver reporting packages and insights that directly inform company strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial presentations for senior management and investors, including portfolio tenant profiles and related performance analysis.
  • Build and maintain portfolio-level management reporting packages that translate complex real estate data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for internal and external stakeholders, including the senior leadership team, related to portfolio composition, leasing performance, and other company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members and internal departments to produce and review deliverables, coordinate strategic planning, and ensure accurate, on-time delivery across a high volume of quarterly workflows.
  • Leverage Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle EPM Cloud (the organization's enterprise reporting platform) to build models, automate reporting processes, and present findings at an executive level.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, portfolio reporting, asset management, development, investments, or real estate investment banking/private equity, ideally within commercial real estate operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field with strong academic performance. A Master's degree in Business or Real Estate is a plus.
  • Working proficiency in reading and interpreting lease documents, paired with hands-on experience in real estate portfolio analysis and financial modeling in Excel, both required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentation design), required.
  • Familiarity with real estate cash flowanalysis is a plus, as is prior experience with database management or enterprise reporting systems such as Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to independently identify challenges and develop creative, actionable solutions.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret complex real estate datasets and connect trends to meaningful business insights, going beyond the surface to understand the true drivers of performance.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple simultaneous deadlines, able to adapt to shifting priorities while keeping stakeholders proactively informed.
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, capable of translating technical financial information into executive-ready reports and presentations.

Compensation

  • $108,000 – $135,500 + Bonus
  • Actual pay determined based on location, experience, and other job-related factors. Total compensation grows substantially over time due to the long-term incentive structure.

Benefits

  • Employer-paid medical, dental & vision
  • Paid time off & paid family leave
  • 401(k) with up to 6% employer match
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Flexible spending accounts
  • Commuter benefits
  • Lifestyle spending account ($500 wellness)
  • Pet, ID theft & legal insurance
  • Employee assistance program
  • 100% employer-paid life, AD&D & disability

Perks & Amenities

  • Onsite gym
  • Cold brew & kombucha, Fresh fruit & snacks
