Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • * Directly support day to day project capitalization, portfolio management, and local office financial execution
  • * Prepare and coordinate offering materials, investment committee presentations, underwriting analysis, and capital markets deliverables
  • * Support origination and management of project level debt and equity placement
  • * Partner with division and regional finance leaders on annual capital needs, project targets, and business plan execution
  • * Prepare investor reporting packages, debt and equity draw packages, project financial statements, and related analyses
  • * Coordinate project closing setup, including escrow, title, ownership structure, accounting setup, and related documentation
  • * Respond to investor, lender, and internal office requests for financial information
  • * Support business development, growth, and expansion initiatives tied to the firm’s capitalization strategy
  • * Ensure work product and departmental processes align with company policies, priorities, and procedures
Qualifications:
  • * Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics required
  • * Advanced degree preferred
  • * 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, capital markets, development finance, investment analysis, or commercial real estate finance
  • * Strong financial modeling, underwriting, presentation, and communication skills
  • * Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholders in a fast paced real estate development environment
