Finance Manager – Legacy Kia of West Mifflin

Responsibilities
Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and compliant manner
Secure financing through lenders and financial institutions
Structure deals and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently
Maintain strong lender relationships
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
Maintain organized deal files and submit paperwork in a timely manner
Qualifications
1–5 years of automotive finance experience required
CDK experience required
Dealertrack experience is a plus
Proven track record of performance in automotive finance
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
Compensation
$85,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
