Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
Menu Selling
Maintain PVR average per minimum standards
Develop financial strategies and forecasts
Monitor funding, cash flow and financial performance of Lending Partners
Prepare financial reports and analysis
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
Ensure compliance federal financial regulations

Requirements:

Previous Automotive Finance Experience or Top Salesperson (20+ units) looking for promotion opportunity
Proven work experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
Dealertrack, Darwin, and CRM experience
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in financial management software
