This is not an entry-level role and not a “learn as you go” position. We are looking for a proven producer who can step in, take ownership of the box, and perform at a high level from day one.

What You’ll Own:

• Full control of the finance process from turnover to funding
• Structuring deals to maximize gross while maintaining compliance
• Presenting and closing F&I products with confidence and consistency
• Building and leveraging lender relationships to get deals bought
• Driving PVR, product penetration, and overall store profitability
