Job Description
Finance ManagerThe Finance Manager will lead all accounting and finance activities for two key regions of a $250M organization. This role is ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and coordination with the company's international headquarters. This individual will play a key role in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and maintaining strong internal controls. Success in this role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, experience operating within a global environment, and the ability to communicate effectively with both U.S. and international stakeholders.Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for 7-10 office locations
Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAPCoordinate financial consolidation, reporting, and intercompany activities with global headquarters
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning cycles
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international tax and reporting requirements
Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, and financial processes
Work with external auditors and third-party advisors
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions

Manufacturing industry experience
Strong accounting foundation with blended accounting + finance capabilities
Experience working within an international organization
Solid knowledge of GAAP, and familiarity with IFRSAbility to work effectively with global teams and executives
Strong compensation package
