Finance Manager – Pettus Automotive Group
Pettus Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Franchise Finance Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity for a proven professional who understands dealership finance operations, lender relationships, compliance, and delivering a strong customer experience in the F&I office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in a franchise dealership environment, be comfortable structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and presenting finance and protection products with confidence and integrity.

Responsibilities
Structure and finalize vehicle finance deals
Work with banks and lenders to secure approvals
Present finance and protection products to customers
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations
Maintain strong lender relationships
Work closely with the sales team to finalize transactions and deliver a smooth customer experience
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Finance Manager in a franchise dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive lending and deal structuring
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
