The Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring all transactions are compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Secure financing and lease approvals through a network of lenders
- Present and sell finance and insurance products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
- Structure deals to balance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Accurately prepare and review all finance-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions
- Clearly explain financing terms, rates, and product benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and product penetration goals
- 2+ years of experience in automotive finance, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Strong understanding of credit, lending practices, and financial products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) is a plus
- Valid drivers license required
