Finance Manager | Starling Buick GMC - Stuart, Florida

Responsibilities

Drive high-volume Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations, delivering exceptional results while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective deal structuring while ensuring strict compliance with lender guidelines and regulations.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance their performance without slowing the sales process.
Lead by example, contributing to a dynamic and motivated dealership culture dedicated to excellence.

Requirements

Proven experience managing a high-volume F&I office — this role requires demonstrated success and verifiable results.
Consistent performance in Per Vehicle Revenue (PVR) and product penetration without compromising Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Strong knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and regulatory compliance.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous given our diverse market.
Prior experience in a high-volume dealership environment is strongly preferred.
