SUMMARY

Our client is a privately held company in the Metro Detroit area. They are seeking a Finance Manager to add to their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES of Finance Manager

Hands on role in month end close and month end reporting to provide upper management.
Hands on role helping prepare financial statements for external reporting.
Compile various management reports as needed, on monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad-hoc basis
Must be a team player and be able to communicate to Management team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE of Finance Manager

Bachelor s Degree in Accounting required
6+ years of experience, some of which in public Accounting is required
High level of US GAAP knowledge
Excellent communication, people, written and presentation skills
Team player who can work well with other functional groups
