The Operations Finance analyst will be responsible for supporting the Ops Finance Leader for Mobility in ensuring strong financial control, cost management and informed capital investment decisions across the Mobility Group manufacturing facilities This role will report directly to the Operations Finance Leader.
Work Schedule: Requires in-office attendance four days per week Monday-Thursday, with Friday designated as work-from-home.
Responsibilities:
- Support analyst to the Operations Finance Leader for Mobility
- Owns analytics around manufacturing performance through ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, monitoring manufacturing variances, global inventory levels and DIO performance, and performance against plan for P&L and global capital spend
- Collaborate with Plant Controllers on specific ad-hoc site support and analyses as guided by the Operations Finance Leader
- Advise business leadership regarding any manufacturing initiatives, analytics, financial operations KPI trends and insights on drivers
- Enable forecasting process for both short-term and long-term operational costs and variances for all Mobility manufacturing facilities globally

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
- 1-5 years of relevant FP&A experience focused in a manufacturing setting
- Ability and excitement to navigate a complex, fast growing, global manufacturing and business environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
Salary:
- 78,524.00 USD Annual
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
