Kia of Irving is seeking a motivated, experienced, and professional Finance & Insurance Producer to support our sales team and guide customers through their financing options. This role plays a critical part in dealership revenue generation and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to compliance.

Role Responsibilities

Facilitate Customer Financing: Assist customers in securing financing by obtaining rate quotes, communicating with lenders, and presenting loan terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and lenders to secure competitive programs and interest rates.

Present Aftermarket Products: Educate customers on extended warranties, GAP insurance, and protection plans to drive additional revenue. Build rapport to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Ensure Accurate & Compliant Documentation: Complete all financing paperwork, including credit applications, loan documents, and insurance forms. Ensure every transaction complies with local, state, and federal regulations.

Employee Prerequisites

2+ years automotive sales experience and 1+ year in finance (pay based on experience)
Strong communication skills
Proactive, self‑sufficient, and collaborative
Able to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate clearly
Flexible schedule
Fast, streamlined onboarding process
