Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

What You'll Do
- Collect service contract and insurance refunds from dealerships
- Process daily financial reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Research and resolve transaction discrepancies
- Prepare reports and documentation
- Assist with departmental projects and special assignments
- Collaborate with internal departments and dealership personnel to ensure timely processing
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.50-$23.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Monday-Friday schedule
