Finance Specialist Job Responsibilities
Present financing and leasing options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
Assist customers in securing vehicle financing through approved lending institutions.
Offer and explain vehicle service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other protection products.
Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in accordance with dealership and lender requirements.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience.
Achieve finance product penetration and profitability goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Stay current on finance programs, lender guidelines, and industry trends.
Finance Specialist Benefits and Compensation
