Location: Must work at site: Fort Lauderdale Airport Pay Rate: $22.00 to $25.00/Hour Hours: 8AM- 4: 30PMTop 3 Qualifications: Moderate Excel experience Payroll experience Candidate must be accustomed to working in a fast pace environment.JOB SUMMARY: The Site Assistant supports daily office operations, customer service, and financial reporting in a fast-paced airport environment. This role coordinates work orders, manages records, assists with HR/payroll, and ensures compliance with company policies. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are essential. Must be eligible for airport security clearance. Oversee daily office operations as directed by the Site Manager. Serve as the first point of contact for customer service, including answering phone inquiries. Coordinate customer service calls with staff and track work orders in the computer system. Address basic HR-related inquiries and escalate concerns as needed. Assist with employee onboarding & orientation: support new hire paperwork, training coordination, and badging requirements. Review timecard hours, leave balances, and payroll for discrepancies;ensure compliance with company policies. Track, analyze, and report on spending and billing as directed by the Site Manager. Order necessary materials and supplies to maintain office operations. Adhere to and ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs and required training. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
