About the Role:
Assist with the completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders
Answer customer phone calls and emails, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely manner
Identify and correct data entry errors
Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and/or databases
File invoices and check stubs as payments are made
Handle related A/P month-end tasks as noted on the monthly closing spreadsheet
Key Qualifications:
1 -2 years of administrative/data entry experience
1+ years of professional Microsoft Office experience
Integrating information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational ability with meticulous recordkeeping
