We’re looking for a Finance Systems Manager who can own our financial applications end-to-end and bring clarity, structure, and innovation to how our systems work together.   • Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + full benefits, WFH opportunities & more
About the RoleThe Finance Systems Manager drives the strategy, implementation, optimization, and overall usability of the financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite and Coupa. You’ll ensure smooth performance, accurate data, and strong alignment across finance, accounting, operations, technology, and senior leadership.You’ll lead process design, partner closely with IT, support month-end needs, manage vendor relationships, and champion best-in-class financial operations.What You’ll Do
  • Lead process design, mapping, and improvement for Finance transformation*
  • Identify process and system gaps and recommend best-practice solutions*
  • Own end-to-end finance applications and maintain clear process documentation*
  • Partner with Data & IT teams to prioritize projects and enhancements*
  • Ensure master data accuracy and support KPI development with cross-functional teams*
  • Serve as business owner and system administrator for financial applications*
  • Troubleshoot integrations and support Accounting during monthly and annual close*
  • Manage system vendors and contract*
  • Drive workflow optimization, user adoption, and data integrity*
  • Track system performance and ensure projects align with Finance’s roadmap
What You Bring
  • BS/BA ideal*
  • 5 years’ experience in finance systems, project management, migrations, reporting, or process improvement*
  • NetSuite and Coupa certifications preferred
