Finance Transformation Internship: Summer 2026

Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Finance career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Enterprise Finance while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

We're seeking a motivated intern to support our Financial Systems and Business Transformation teams during a major SAP ERP integration planned for launch in 2026. You'll help document processes, analyze data, support SAP testing activities, and assist with change management to ensure successful adoption of new SAP financial forecasting and reporting capabilities.

This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon- Thurs). The primary work location is our corporate campus in Dodgeville; WI and you will perform work both on-site and remotely each week. • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

• Interest in SAP or ERP systems (SAP experience a plus, not required)
• Proficiency with Excel and general MS Office tools

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support SAP integration by documenting financial workflows and gathering business requirements
• Assist with SAP testing (functional testing, UAT), logging defects, and validating system behavior
• Help build training materials, job aids, and communications for SAP features and changes
• Analyze SAP-related data flows and process impacts across Finance and Accounting
• Assist in building SAP compatible forecast and reporting tools
• Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and project teams on SAP deliverables
