Financial Accounting Supervisor

Join a dynamic team where your expertise in financial oversight will be pivotal. You'll manage and ensure the timely delivery of financial documentation, while spearheading the Accounts Receivable department and executing comprehensive financial accounting practices. Your responsibilities will include orchestrating budget plans, aligning month-end departmental procedures, and conducting financial performance analysis. Accuracy in account reconciliation and involvement in tax-related processes will be key. Engage in inventory management and oversee the financial aspects of capital projects. Support quarterly assessments and participate in year-end audits with external auditors. A strong focus on prioritization of tasks will shine in this role. Reporting directly to the local divisional Controller, you’ll supervise a dedicated team of two, contributing to the seamless functioning of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will bring substantial accounting leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector, although backgrounds in banking or healthcare are also welcome.
