Job DetailsJob Details:Our dynamic Accounting + Finance firm is seeking a seasoned Permanent Financial Advisor to join our team. This position is ideal for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of the financial industry, with a particular focus on High Net Worth (HNW) clientele. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about finance, dedicated to providing exceptional service, and committed to achieving financial success for our clients. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the financial industry, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and growing HNW portfolios.Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive financial advice to our HNW clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial future.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review and update personalized financial plans for clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact, providing exceptional service, and demonstrating a deep understanding of their financial situation and goals.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate investment opportunities and risks, and make recommendations based on this analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, financial products, and investment strategies, and use this knowledge to advise clients and grow their portfolios.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors and lawyers, to develop comprehensive financial strategies for clients.
• Adhere to all industry regulations and standards, and maintain the highest level of ethical conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CFP, CFA, or CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial advising, with a focus on HNW clients.
• Proven track record of managing and growing HNW portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial planning.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and effectively communicate complex financial information.
• High level of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to industry regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and other relevant technology.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
