Job Description
Title: Financial Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Johnston, RI | Pay: 55/hr Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for managing Strategic Program related financial activities and providing financial analytics, reporting, and budgetary awareness to key business leaders. Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and update annual and monthly project forecasts in collaboration with program management
- Manage and coordinate input from cross-functional teams with different objectives, priorities, and reporting requirements
- Reconcile monthly actuals vs forecast on a resource/cost item basis
- Track and approve resource timesheets based on work expectations in collaboration with program management
- Coordinate monthly financial review with program management and business lines
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for key leaders
- Coordinate and follow up vendor contracts with sourcing team and confirm expected costs and timeline, support vendor invoice processing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Forecasting and Analysis
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced level)
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Familiarity with Oracle, Ariba or similar financial systems
- Tableau data visualization
