Job Description
Job Summary: Focuses on the company's financial operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within financial systems. Supports timely reporting and maintains effective internal controls. Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including standard work instructions and operating procedures.
- Ensure proper end-user security access within financial systems according to company policies.
- Conduct periodic system security validations to ensure compliance.
- Provide training to business users on supported systems and administer training resources.
- Deliver advanced training and serve as the lead expert or super user for key financial applications.
- Assist in preparing timely and accurate financial reports to support strategic analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Contribute to maintaining the integrity of financial statements through accurate data management and process adherence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
- 3 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Advanced skills in financial modeling using Excel.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Anaplan or Voyager preferred.
- Background in a Fortune 500 company, consumer products, management consulting, or multinational environment preferred.
- Understanding of wholesale distribution channels and related financial planning activities is desirable.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Motivated, results-driven professional with enthusiasm for working in a dynamic business environment.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and share cross-functional responsibilities.
