Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives – Banking & Credit Solutions . In this role, you will assist clients through inbound calls by addressing credit card servicing needs, identifying financial goals, and recommending personalized banking solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and building client relationships in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Financial Call Center Specialist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $26.00/hr
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

o Tuesday – Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
o Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Financial Call Center Specialist Responsibilities
· Assist clients with credit card servicing and short-term lending needs
· Engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover financial goals and identify additional banking opportunities
· Recommend and fulfill banking products and services including:
- Credit cards
- Lending solutions
- Checking and savings accounts
· Provide customized solutions to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
· Identify opportunities for referrals to licensed banking partners when appropriate
· Build and deepen client relationships through active listening, empathy, and professionalism
· Manage risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
· Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience on every interaction
· Adapt to ongoing process improvements, technology updates, and coaching feedback
Financial Call Center Specialist Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and explain solutions using clear, simple language
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Self-motivated with a positive and adaptable mindset
- Comfortable receiving ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center experience (inbound and/or outbound)
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience in retail or hospitality environments
- Sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referral experience
- Experience supporting credit card or lending products
