Financial Coach (Independent Contractor – 1099)

Tardus Wealth Strategies is a fast-growing national wealth coaching company on a mission to create a Wealth Revolution.
For more than 20 years, we've helped individuals and families build lasting financial success through education, accountability, and proven wealth-building strategies. Our Wealth Coaches guide clients through our patented Income Snowball™ System and proprietary Six Pillars of Wealth™, helping them create sustainable habits and achieve meaningful financial progress.
We're looking for influential, approachable, and growth-minded coaches who are passionate about changing lives. If you enjoy building long-term relationships, inspiring action, and helping people succeed, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
As a Tardus Wealth Coach, you'll serve as a trusted guide, helping clients confidently implement our proven system and stay accountable to their goals.
You'll:
- Coach clients through the Income Snowball™ System Six Pillars of Wealth™.
- Conduct engaging coaching sessions that educate, encourage, and inspire action.
- Help clients overcome obstacles, celebrate progress, and stay committed to their financial goals.
- Build long-term client relationships that lead to exceptional results and high renewal rates.
- Follow established coaching systems while continually developing your own skills.

- Pillar 1: the Income Snowball™

- Pillar 3: Investment Criteria
