Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Athletics and Recreation department in the heart of Providence, RI. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite at our main campus, located at 295 Lloyd Avenue. Key Responsibilities

Process day-to-day financial transactions using Workday, including supplier invoices, reimbursements, requisitions, and purchase orders.
Collaborate with Business Office staff to compile necessary documents and ensure compliance with university policies.
Keep current with updates and changes in Workday and university policies.
Assist with budget reconciliation and prepare statistical transaction reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
1-2 years of experience with Workday, Excel, and Google Suite.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Successful completion of a criminal background and education check.

Preferences

Familiarity with Brown University systems and processes.
Customer service experience with a strong service-minded philosophy.
