The OpportunityAs a Financial Crimes Unit Data & Analytics Tech Associate, you will engage in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. You will leverage your skills in data visualization and analytics platforms to deliver insights that drive decision-making and enhance business intelligence. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical expertise.In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Data and Analytics group, where you will contribute to continuous process improvement and data quality assurance. You will manage data pipelines and engage in stakeholder interactions, using your analytical skills to interpret data and inform insights. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of business contexts and how they are evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.Responsibilities- Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights for business decision-making- Developing interactive dashboards and reports to enhance data visualization and accessibility- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to optimize data analytics workflows and increase efficiency- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Utilizing Python and Java programming languages to develop and maintain data analytics applications- Managing database systems to ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting and analysis purposes- Conducting industry trend analysis to identify opportunities for market development and competitive advantage- Engaging in qualitative analysis to support business intelligence initiatives and drive strategic planning- Supporting client engagements by delivering data-driven insights and recommendationsWhat You Must Have- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirementsWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for one of the following field(s) of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science- Preference for a 3.3 overall GPA- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java programming languages- Utilizing Tableau for data visualization- Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives- Developing skills in business data analytics and interpretation- Managing database systems effectively- Participating in industry trend analysis and market development activities-Leveraging AI to create efficiencies, innovate ways of working and deliver distinctive outcomes

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
