Job Description

Your Education and Experience.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in finance systems, analytics, process improvement, or a related discipline.Experience leading or supporting business process re-engineering initiatives.Hands-on experience with at least one large-scale financial system implementation.Experience with integrated ERP systems required; SAP experience strongly preferred.Technical & Business Expertise• Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and business operations.• Advanced experience with spreadsheets, databases, and enterprise business systems.• Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.• Proven ability to leverage technology to improve business performance and efficiency.Leadership & Collaboration• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.• Strong project management capabilities with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and driving results.• Ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and business functions to influence change and achieve outcomes.Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills• Strong reasoning and critical-thinking abilities with the capability to solve complex business challenges.• Ability to analyze data, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical, scalable solutions.• Comfortable working in environments with evolving priorities and limited standardization.Additional Information• No current supervisory responsibilities.• Professional office environment with a typically quiet work setting.• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.Our Story.With over 2,400+ employees and net sales of $1.8 billion, Sargento Foods is a family-owned company that has been a leader in cheese for more than 70 years.
